RubiStar.4teachers.org is a great website where you can build rubrics online using either customizable or pre-built criteria templates. This resource is a great time saver, and can be used to assess any type of classroom assignment such as essays, group projects, infographs, and even lab reports. I would use this resource to create a rubric for a SBI3U lab such as the Forensic Microscopy Lab, to introduce students to the use of a light microscope.
